Diabetic Testing Supplies
Diabetic testing supplies are a part of daily life for patients diagnosed with diabetes in Northwest Arkansas.
Unfortunately testing blood sugar can be painful, expensive and time consuming. Testing supplies include a glucose meter, test strips, lancets, lancet device, and alcohol swabs for most people.
We have a line of meters that we give away at no charge to our patients in NWA. We are able to bill Medicare, Medicaid and many commercial plans for these supplies with a prescription from the doctor.
We also sell these items over the counter at a reasonable price.
In addition, there are devices called “continuous glucose monitors” which allow patients to test their blood sugar multiple times daily without finger sticks, among other great features.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
Medical Arts Pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid. For more information please call us at (479) 443-3411. We will bill Medicaid as primary insurance for diabetes testing strips and incontinence supplies. We will bill Medicare Part B diabetic testing supplies and vaccinations along with anti-rejection and nebulizer medications.
